Why is a sauna good?
A sauna is good for the body in many ways. It helps to relax muscles and relieve stress, reducing muscular tension and improving well-being. The heat increases blood circulation, which promotes the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the tissues, aiding recovery and improving cardiovascular health.
Taking a sauna stimulates perspiration, which helps to cleanse the skin and remove toxins from the body.
Thinking of others:
- Do not use honey, coffee grounds, salt or any other substances in the baking room!
- Wash yourself before you take a bath and preferably after you take a bath.
- After enjoying the saunas, rinse yourself with clean water.
- In the saunas, throw steam only on dry stones and in moderation, considering your partner.
