Ruunawere saunas offer a wide range of relaxation options to suit all tastes. Our saunas are designed to offer you the opportunity to break away from the daily routine and rejuvenate your body and mind.

Why is a sauna good?

A sauna is good for the body in many ways. It helps to relax muscles and relieve stress, reducing muscular tension and improving well-being. The heat increases blood circulation, which promotes the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the tissues, aiding recovery and improving cardiovascular health.
Taking a sauna stimulates perspiration, which helps to cleanse the skin and remove toxins from the body.

Thinking of others:

  • Do not use honey, coffee grounds, salt or any other substances in the baking room!
  • Wash yourself before you take a bath and preferably after you take a bath.
  • After enjoying the saunas, rinse yourself with clean water.
  • In the saunas, throw steam only on dry stones and in moderation, considering your partner.

For an additional 100 € it is possible in the sauna:

  • Whistle
  • Use your own personal sauna oils, aromas and other lubricants.
